Terms & Conditions
The Driver.
To be eligible for the drive you must qualify to the
criteria below:
Age 25 - 70
Full Driving Licence held for at least two years
Due to the size of the cars, we recommend that youare
between the height of 5' and 6' 4".
Proof of identification, as well as your driving licence,
to be presented on the day.
Vouchers and booking receipt to be presented and returned
before the drive commences.
Gift
Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of
purchase and must be booked within this time. Gift
Vouchers can be refunded for up to 2 months after
purchase subject to a £25 charge. After that time the
vouchers are not refundable.
Gift Vouchers can not be extended, it is your
responsibility to use it within the valid period.
Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for a higher value voucher
with the difference in price being paid. If you
exchanging for a lowering value voucher a £25 charge
will be made and the balance refunded.
Gift Vouchers can be transferred to other people.
Refunds will be made to the purchaser and not the voucher
holder.
All Vouchers must be returned before a refund is given.
Change
or Cancellation of Booking Date.
Minimum 3 week notification.
No charge will be made if you change the date of your
booking provided that notification has taken place 3
weeks prior to the booking date.If you wish to cancel the
agreed event a £25 administration fee will apply.
Less than 3 week notification.
Apex Dreams Drives will not refund any monies or
reschedule any drives three weeks before the chosen date
as vehicles and staff have been allocated to this date
If you do not attend you will lose all monies paid.
Booking
Date Cancelled or Restricted.
We try to run the majority of events at times of the year
when they will not be adversely affected by the weather.
In the event of snow, ice, fog or heavy rain the event
may be cancelled or restricted. In the event of
mechanical failure or damage to one or more of our cars
the event may be cancelled or restricted. We will try to
inform you where possible of the above but should you be
affected you will be able to re-book on another day.
Refunds or compensation will not be given.
All
payment Terms must be met.
The drive event must be paid in full via credit or debit
card.
We require a deposit of £400 (credit or Debit card) per
person, which is refundable after the drive. This deposit
must be paid before the drive can commence. If the car is
damaged then we reserve the right to withhold the deposit
until the repairs can be made. If moneys remain from the
deposit then we will forward them onto you.
Clothing.
On the day of the drive we ask you to not wear any items
of cloths that could scratch the interior or exterior of
the cars. When driving you must wear long trousers, long
sleeved top and thin-soled narrow shoes. The pedals in
sportscars are very close together.
Driving.
When driving the cars, it is your responsibility to obey
the Highway Code. Any accident or traffic violation is at
your own risk and legal responsibility. Any speeding
fines or traffic violations that are reported to us by
the DVLA will result in your details being passed on in
full.
